Luxsphera pricing

Luxsphera is a private, invite-only app for families and close friends: group chat, shared calendars and boards, photo albums, and Rays (short video hellos). No ads, no tracking, and nothing public. Parents can make safe accounts for their kids.

Plans

Every new adult account gets everything a plan includes, free for 3 months. Plans are paid once a year and cover a number of people. The person who pays counts as one of them, along with anyone they choose to add to their plan: people they share a sphere with, and their kids.

Everyone on a plan gets 15 GB of storage and 1-minute Rays. Spheres they manage hold up to 100 people.

Free

Accounts that aren't on a plan keep every feature, with 2 GB of storage and 30-second Rays, and can still start and manage spheres of up to 25 people. If any manager of a sphere has a plan, the sphere holds up to 100. Nobody already in a sphere is ever removed.

Everyone joins through a sphere. Each person can invite up to 20 people who are new to Luxsphera each day.

Extra storage

For one person, on top of their plan or the free 2 GB: 50 GB for $15 a year or 100 GB for $25 a year.

Lumens

Lumens are Luxsphera's credits for paid apps and games. One Lumen is worth 10 cents: 50 Lumens for $5, 100 for $10 or 275 for $25 (25 extra). They're a one-time purchase, never a subscription. Lumens don't expire, and they can't be cashed out or given to another account. Kids' “Ask to buy” is paid with their guardian's Lumens.

Renewal, changes and cancelling

• Plans and extra storage renew automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app (Profile, Manage billing). You keep everything until the end of the year you paid for.
• Moving to a bigger plan: pay the difference in price and keep your renewal date, or start a new year that day with the unused part of your old plan taken off.
• Moving to a smaller plan happens on your renewal date.
• Sales tax is added where required.

Refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a plan or extra storage, or of a yearly renewal, or within 14 days of buying a Lumen pack you haven't used. No questions asked. Email hello@luxsphera.com. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Who you're buying from

Luxsphera is operated by Dallas Ray Jackson, a sole proprietor in South Carolina, who is the seller for all orders. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where it's required. For questions about an order, email hello@luxsphera.com.
